Di graduated from Monash University in 2001 with a Law Degree and an Arts Degree majoring in Australian History. She completed a Graduate Diploma in legal practice at Bond University in 2002 and joined Hicks & Oakley in June 2002.
Di has acted in many commercial leasing matters, including complex negotiations for development. She has also acted in many retail tenancy matters for landlords and tenants. Di advises on succession planning for private clients (wills & powers of attorney) as well as for business succession with corporate agreements including restructures and shareholders agreements. She has a special interest in trademarks and has advised on many national and international applications.
In a very short time Di has become a valued member of our corporate law division and we find our clients are impressed by her intuitive grasp of the important issues and her attention to detail.
Di's interests include most sports, particulary tennis, horse racing, skiing, going to the beach and jogging.
