Sue is Manager of the Estates & Probate Division at Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams and has been with the firm for over 20 years.  She is a very experienced Probate Clerk and is also Senior Secretary to whom the administrative staff turn for advice and guidance.

Over the years Sue has developed a substantial ability to deal with stressful and distressing situations including difficult personal matters in a calm, sympathetic, professional manner.  She is often the first point of contact for clients who have suffered a bereavement and is a capable and sensitive person who can offer practical and moral support at a difficult time.  She is a highly valued member of our team.
