Brendan is a general practitioner with over 10 years post qualification experience. Brendan completed his articles of clerkship with John Sharkie in 2008 and, following his admission to practice in early 2009, he worked for John as his Associate solicitor until the merger of that practice with Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in July 2019.
Having worked in a general practice for over 10 years Brendan has experience acting for clients in a wide variety of commercial and property law matters, drawing wills and powers of attorney, advising on estate planning issues, acting for clients in the administration of deceased estates and also in disputed and litigated matters across a diverse range of practice areas. Brendan is also experienced in acting for plaintiff clients in personal injury matters, including TAC claims and public liability claims.
Brendan is a hands-on practitioner who always aims to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients in the most efficient and effective manner.

Outside of work Brendan enjoys spending time with family and friends and maintains an active interest in many sports. He particularly enjoys bike riding along the various tracks located around Melbourne.
