Eve was admitted to practice in 2021 and has experience in diverse areas of the law, however Eve’s current areas of expertise include:

• Administration of deceased estates, including preparing probate and intestacy applications 
• Part IV Claims - both defending and contesting claims against an estate in respect of validity, incapacity, undue influence and knowledge and approval
• Mediations to settle claims made against an estate
• Commercial dispute resolution 
• Commercial litigation
