Jenny joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2019, bringing over 7 years of experience in the conveyancing field. She specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including:

• Arranging property settlements
• Conducting property searches
• Preparing Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements
• Providing advice and handling residential property transfers, including purchases, sales, related party transactions and spousal transfers
• Preparing lost title applications, survivorship applications, and transmission applications.

With her extensive expertise in the conveyancing process, Jenny confidently guides clients through buying, selling, and transferring properties. She takes pride in her patience and responsiveness, ensuring that clients are fully supported at every stage.
