Jessica joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2018 bringing experience in a range of property matters such as drafting, negotiating and advising on residential and commercial property arrangements, including:

  • off-the-plan contracts;
  • residential property agreements;
  • commercial property agreements;
  • building contracts; and
  • leasing

About Jessica

After graduating in 2015, Jessica commenced her legal career as a lawyer advising clients in relation to a wide range of property and commercial issues.

  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – Leo Cussen Centre for Law
  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Major in Political Science and Sociology) – Victoria University
  • Certificate of Advance Study and Training in Dispute Resolution and Certificate of Advance Study and Training in Mediation– Humbolt-University (Germany, Berlin)
  • Master of Commercial Law - University of Melbourne (currently studying)
