Anne-Louise Pham is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Principal Lawyer at Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams, where she leads the firm’s Family Law team. She practises exclusively in family law and is recognised for her calm, strategic and client-focused approach to resolving complex family and relationship matters.
Anne-Louise advises clients across Victoria on all aspects of family law, including property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, financial agreements, de facto relationships, child support and spousal maintenance. She provides clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances, with a focus on achieving timely and effective outcomes during what is often a challenging period.
She has extensive experience representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, appearing in registries throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane. Anne-Louise is skilled in both negotiated outcomes and litigation, and is committed to guiding clients through every stage of the legal process with clarity and confidence.
Where appropriate, Anne-Louise works to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, helping clients minimise conflict, delay and legal costs.
