Bernard Mackey


Bernard was admitted in 2012, practising initially in a generalist role before focusing solely on property law. 

Bernard provides expert advice and practical solutions for all types of property matters. These include:

  • Purchase and sale of residential, commercial/industrial, and ‘off the plan’ properties
  • Due diligence, pre-contract advice, and negotiation of contracts
  • Residential and commercial/industrial developments and subdivisions
