In her role as a Legal Executive, Brittni Honan takes great pride in guiding clients through all stages of their property transactions, which can often feel complex and overwhelming. She has substantial knowledge of Victorian conveyancing and assists both vendors and purchasers with contract reviews, section 32 statements, negotiations, and settlement processes. Brittni works closely with clients to ensure deadlines are met, documents are correctly prepared and lodged, and each matter progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

About Brittni

Brittni joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2009 and is a key member of the Property & Conveyancing team, working on residential, investment and off‑the‑plan property transactions. Outside of work, Brittni enjoys reading, cooking, surfing and spending time at the beach.
