Caitlin is a wills and estates lawyer with a primary focus on personal and business succession planning and deceased estates. She provides tailored advice to individuals, business owners and family groups, guiding them through all aspects of their succession planning with sensitivity and meticulous care.
Caitlin develops comprehensive strategies across a range of structures to help protect assets, minimise risk and reduce the potential for conflict, with an emphasis on preserving wealth for future generations. She works closely with accountants and financial advisers to deliver practical, integrated solutions. Her practice includes:
Wills, including testamentary trusts and trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries

Medical and advance care planning
Independent reviews of existing estate plans
Strategies to reduce the risk of claims against estates

About Caitlin
Caitlin joined the firm in March 2024 as a Senior Associate, having previously worked at a mid‑tier law firm and a boutique firm, primarily in wills and estates. Outside her role as a dedicated lawyer, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, heading to the beach for a walk or swim and relaxing with a nice wine.
