Expertise

Demi is a family lawyer who practises exclusively in family law and related intervention order matters. After admission, she worked in general law practices before moving to a suburban firm in Mornington, where she discovered a strong interest in family law and has focused on this area ever since.

Demi provides clear, practical advice across all aspects of family law, including property settlements, divorce, parenting and care arrangements for children, child support, spousal maintenance and family violence matters. Her approach is to empower clients with knowledge and options so they can make informed decisions, while keeping costs and delays to a minimum. Demi also has experience in wills and estates matters and intervention order proceedings, which helps her address issues that overlap with family law.

Demi’s passion for family law stems from a genuine interest in human relationships and a commitment to supporting people during some of their most vulnerable moments. She aims to provide compassionate guidance and to help families navigate conflict in a way that prioritises the wellbeing of everyone involved particularly young children.
