Expertise

Jenny is an Associate Lawyer in our Family Law team, based in our city office. She assists clients with clear, practical advice across a broad range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, de facto relationship matters, divorce, family violence and personal safety intervention orders.

Admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, Jenny brings experience gained across family law, commercial litigation and criminal law. This broader litigation background informs her considered and strategic approach to resolving family law disputes, particularly where matters are complex, urgent or involve overlapping legal issues.

Jenny understands that separation and family law disputes can be emotionally difficult and stressful. She takes an empathetic yet pragmatic approach, working closely with clients to understand their circumstances, explain their options in plain language and pursue outcomes that protect their interests and support their next steps.

Her experience includes representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
