John Bennison

John Bennison is a consultant lawyer with extensive experience in business law, commercial matters, property law, wills and estates.

Admitted to practice in 1973, John was previously accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist in Business Law, Property Law, and Wills & Estates. He was one of only two Accredited Specialists in Victoria to have held accreditation across all three areas. John is also a Notary Public.

John has been a partner in a large city and suburban law firm and has practiced as a sole practitioner for the past 25 years. He advises private clients and assists with commercial and property transactions, wills and deceased estate matters.

About John

Outside of work, John enjoys farming activities, boating and sport, particularly skiing.
