Joshua Levenda-Freeman
Expertise
Joshua Levenda‑Freeman is an Associate in the Wills & Estates team, advising clients on estate planning, probate and estate administration. He assists individuals, families and business owners to structure their affairs in a way that protects assets, manages risk and reflects their personal, family and succession objectives.
Joshua’s work includes preparing wills (including testamentary trust wills), enduring powers of attorney and medical/advance care directives and advising on superannuation death benefit nominations as part of a broader estate plan. He also guides executors and beneficiaries through the probate and estate administration process, from obtaining grants of representation to distributing assets in accordance with the will or the laws of intestacy.
With experience in dedicated wills and estates practice, Joshua focuses on clear communication and practical, solutions‑focused advice, aiming to make complex structures and legal concepts understandable for his clients. Joshua enjoys working collaboratively with accountants, financial planners and other advisers to deliver cohesive estate and succession outcomes.
