Kim Nguyen

Expertise

Kim is a property lawyer admitted in Victoria in 2018 who practises primarily in residential property and conveyancing. She has extensive experience in reviewing, advising on and negotiating contracts of sale for both standard residential and off‑the‑plan properties, as well as preparing contracts of sale and vendor statements for vendors.

Kim also advises on and completes a wide range of residential property transfers, including purchases, sales, related‑party transactions and spousal transfers. She prides herself on her patience and responsiveness, approaching clients in a respectful and empathetic manner and assisting them in both English and Vietnamese.
