Neville Sampson
Expertise
Neville was admitted to practice in 1977 and has over 40 years’ experience in property law, wills, deceased estates and litigation. He has acted for a wide range of private and business clients in property transactions, estate planning, probate and estate disputes.
Neville was an Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist from 1993 to 2002 and was a principal of suburban law firm Boothby & Boothby from 1983 until joining Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams as a consultant in February 2020. His longstanding practice background and commercial litigation experience enable him to provide practical, outcome‑focused advice on both property and wills and estates matters.
About Neville
Outside the office, Neville enjoys music, golf and classic cars, and is the secretary of a prominent car club.
