Rachelle is a Principal Lawyer in our Commercial Law team, advising businesses, investors and stakeholders on a wide range of commercial and transactional matters, including the review and negotiation of business contracts. She has worked with several boutique Melbourne firms, supporting clients across day‑to‑day business issues, commercial contracts and more complex corporate arrangements.
Rachelle takes a practical, commercially focused approach, working closely with clients to understand their priorities, risk profile and long‑term objectives.
