Rachelle advises small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and private clients on a broad range of commercial and business law matters. Based across our Melbourne and Mount Waverley offices, she is known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions that protect her clients' interests and support their growth.
Throughout her career, Rachelle has developed significant expertise in the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial and retail leasing, and the preparation of complex commercial contracts. Since joining Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams as a Principal Lawyer in 2025, she has continued to lead high value transactions, ensuring that legal risks are mitigated while commercial objectives are met.
Rachelle’s approach is defined by her ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice. She works closely with business owners to navigate the legal complexities of the corporate lifecycle from startup and structural advice to succession and exit strategies, ensuring a robust legal foundation for every stage of business development.
