Samantha is experienced and enjoys assisting clients with:
Preparation of simple or complex wills (including testamentary trusts)
Preparation of enduring powers of attorney, medical treatment decision makers and advanced care directives
Preparation of binding death benefit nominations (BDBNs) for self-managed superannuation funds and assistance with BDBNs for industry funds
Applying for grants of representation (probate, letters of administration, re-seals from foreign jurisdictions)
Assisting with the administration of deceased estates
Estate litigation (issuing and defending testator family maintenance claims (Part IV))
About Samantha
Samantha joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2021 having worked previously at a boutique law firm in Bayside for four years.
Outside of work Samantha enjoys playing baseball, reading books, making charcuterie boards and spending time with her family and friends.
