Pascale has been with Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams for more than 21 years, having commenced as Executive Assistant to founding Partner David Williams in 2005. During the time she worked with David, until his retirement, Pascale developed extensive knowledge and experience in estate planning and deceased estates.

As a Paralegal in the Wills & Estates team, Pascale works closely with Director and Principal Lawyer Lachlan Vallance, with a particular focus on estate planning. Her strong technical skills, professionalism and attention to detail help ensure matters progress efficiently, from initial instructions through to finalisation.

Drawing on her experience in deceased estates, Pascale also provides practical support to lawyers and clients with probate and estate administration matters.
