Proudly supporting our community in Melbourne, Mount Waverley & Glen Waverley

Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams Lawyers are proud supporters of many local community and charitable organisations throughout Melbourne, Monash, Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley.

Your Locker

Your Locker

HOCW supports Your Locker with Commercial legal advice and assisted Your Locker by setting up the structure for and obtaining Charity and Deductible Gift Recipient status.

On any given night across Australia, more than 8,000 people are sleeping rough - on the street, in shop doorways, in parks and under bridges.

They have nowhere to store their personal belongings.

'Your Locker' is changing that.

The Salvation Army Community Wills Day

We are also proud to offer our time to the Salvation Army's Community Wills Days. Community members may have a simple Will prepared or updated for a reduced fee. Proceeds support the local work of the Salvation Army. For enquiries about Community Wills Days please contact the Salvation Army on 1800 337 082.

Red Cross Wills Day

Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams assist the Red Cross with their Wills Days. This is where the Red Cross' National Solicitor Network offers a reduced charge to prepare a simple Will.

Please note, if your Will has detailed provisions that cause complex planning, there may be additional costs in preparing your Will.

For enquiries about the Red Cross Wills Days please contact the Red Cross on 1800 811 700

Glen Waverley Bowls Club

We are pleased to continue our long association with the Glen Waverley Bowls Club and are proud supporters of their organisation.

Vermont South Club

It is a pleasure to continue our association with the Vermont South Club by supporting their endeavours of promoting healthy and competitive sporting activities in the community.

Gorman Allard Shelton Charity Golf Day

HOCW is delighted to take part in the Gorman Allard Shelton Annual Charity Golf Day. In this way HOCW helps to support the Property Industry Foundation and their industry partner program, “Haven House South-East Melbourne Program” run by the Lighthouse Foundation. This home is the first Australian safe refuge home dedicated to supporting girls and young women who have left or are at risk of entering into an early/forced marriage and escaping modern day slavery.
