Cynthia was admitted to practice in 2018. She is experienced in commercial law and able to assist our clients with a great range of corporate matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Contract reviews
• Trust and business structure
• Loan agreement preparation and advice
• Lease review and advice
• General commercial law
• Corporate migration

In her early career, Cynthia worked with two LIV Accedited Migration Law Specialists and gained expertise in migration law for both corporate and private clients. She has been practising exclusively in commercial law since 2021.

She is also able to assist our clients in Mandarin and Cantonese.

About Cynthia

In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her friends and always keen to go out for a walk in the woods. She also loves to visit her family in China during Christmas.
