Dejan is an experienced commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer.

He has worked on a wide range of matters involving contractual disputes, partnership disputes, property and leasing disputes, Australian consumer law, corporate and personal insolvency and debt recovery.

Throughout his career, Dejan has gained experience conducting matters in a variety of Court jurisdictions across Australia including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court.

Dejan understands the commercial realities of litigation and works together with his clients to provide a cost effective solution that achieves the best outcome.
