Expertise

Kim was admitted to practice in 2018 in Victoria and practices primarily in Property Law. She has extensive experience across residential property transactions including: 

• Reviewing, advising and negotiating on Contracts of Sale (both residential and ‘off the plan’ properties) 
• Preparing Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements 
• Advising and completing residential property transfers such as purchases, sales, related party/parties and spousal transfers 

Kim prides herself on her patience and responsiveness to her clients. She approaches her clients in a respectful and empathetic manner speaking both English and Vietnamese.

Kim's interests outside of work include travel, food and cooking.
