Neville was admitted to practice in 1977, and has practised for over 40 years extensively in property law, wills, deceased estates and litigation. Neville was an Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist from 1993 to 2002, and a principal in a general suburban law firm, Boothby & Boothby, from 1983 until joining Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams as a consultant in February 2020.
