Nicole’s professionalism and high level of attention to detail ensure that both vendors’ and purchasers’ conveyancing needs are handled with care and efficiency. Her work includes coordinating, scheduling and attending property settlements, carrying out property and title searches, and preparing key conveyancing documents such as contracts of sale, section 32 vendor’s statements and section 27 deposit release statements. She also prepares Land Registry documentation including plans of subdivision applications, mortgages and transfers of land, helping clients progress from contract through to settlement with confidence.

About Nicole

Nicole joined the Property & Conveyancing team at Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams as a Conveyancing Assistant and is now a Senior Conveyancing Clerk. She brings more than twenty years’ experience working in legal firms, primarily in property, conveyancing and leasing matters across both residential and commercial transactions. Nicole’s calm, organised approach and clear communication are frequently recognised by clients who appreciate her support during what can be a stressful time.
