Samantha is experienced and enjoys assisting clients with:

• Preparation of simple or complex wills (including testamentary trusts)
• Preparation of enduring powers of attorney, medical treatment decision makers and advanced care directives
• Preparation of binding death benefit nominations (BDBNs) for self-managed superannuation funds and assistance with BDBNs for industry funds
• Applying for grants of representation (probate, letters of administration, re-seals from foreign jurisdictions)
• Assisting with the administration of deceased estates
• Estate litigation (issuing and defending testator family maintenance claims (Part IV))

About Samantha

Samantha joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2021 having worked previously at a boutique law firm in Bayside for four years.

Outside of work Samantha enjoys playing baseball, reading books, making charcuterie boards and spending time with her family and friends.
