Simone, Family Lawyer, is a highly experienced practitioner who can assist clients to resolve issues concerning property division, spousal maintenance, parenting and children’s arrangements, recovery of children, divorce, relocation, and intervention orders.

Simone is committed to achieving the best possible results for her clients in a cost effective and timely manner. Simone has substantial experience in conducting Family Court and Federal Circuit Court litigation when a negotiated settlement is not possible. She is one of the family lawyers at our Melbourne eastern suburbs office.

About Simone

Simone has worked exclusively in the area of family law for over 30 years and was among the first lawyers to become an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 1989. Simone joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams in 2018 as a consultant, after having been a partner in a suburban firm for many years.
